Rules & Policy

Note: A consultation is required before scheduling an appointment. Please feel free to contact me for availability via phone, email, or text. Also, some conditions will require medical clearance and a letter from your doctor.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.
A rescheduling fee may apply if changes are made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time to ensure the entire duration of your appointment.
If you anticipate being late, notify us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but the session’s duration may be affected.
There will be no extension of sessions for late arrivals to respect other scheduled appointments.

Cancellations

Cancellations should be made 48 hours before the appointment.
A cancellation fee may be applicable for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
Please cancel with prior notice to avoid a no-show fee.

General

Changes or cancellations should be communicated via our designated channels (phone, email, etc.).
Fees associated with rescheduling, late arrival, or cancellations are non-refundable.
Exceptions to these policies may be considered in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, subject to review.
We recommend reviewing these rules and policies periodically as they may be subject to change.
